To help their clients obtain greater flexibility and value for money, Hampton Court Palace are pleased to announce that as from the end of June 2008 onwards Hampton Court Palace may be now hired on either an exclusive or non-exclusive basis depending on your requirements. For further information check out the attached PDF.
Clients who have up to 200 guests and find they are not able to hire the palace exclusively due to costs, can now book specific packages that allow them to hire select areas of the palace on a non-exclusive basis rather than hiring the entire palace. Hampton Court Palace believe that their new non-exclusive packages allows for greater freedom for both corporate and private events with substantial savings for clients, thus allowing for more opportunity to experience the thrill of entertaining within one of the most majestic palaces ever built.
The splendour and flamboyance of Henry VIII’s Palace has echoed with the sound of celebrations and royal feasting for almost 500 years; situated along the banks of the River Thames, make it a perfect place to host events. From private dinners to lavish drinks receptions, award ceremonies to lectures, music recitals to international summits – Hampton Court Palace offers an endless number of possibilities.

4. Offer applies to Hampton Court Palace and its State Apartments only and does not include the Garden Room or William III’s Little Banqueting House situated within the grounds at Hampton Court Palace or any other Historic Royal Palaces venue

6. In booking a non-exclusive packages the hirer accepts that other events may take place within the palace on the same evening as their event. Access to State Apartments located elsewhere within the palace will not be made available.
7. Non-exclusive hire packages can not be mixed between the different options available.
