About Drink Pimps International
Drink Pimps International specialize in all things bar and have been teaching people about cocktails, their history and everything booze for over seven years, from enthusiastic amateurs to industry professionals, covering everything from bar design to consultancy, staff training to cocktail school and events of all shapes and sizes; including parties at home or in the office, for friends, clients and staff.
Chris Edwardes owner of Blanch House and The Hanbury Club and founder of Drink Pimps, has managed many renowned bars, restaurants and clubs in London, including the Groucho Club and The Pharmacy, as well as opening the Jazz Café, The Atlantic, and the GE Club for Conran. He has had cocktails published in books and magazines and his cocktail skills have been described as ’legendary’ by those in the know. With over 30 years experience he recently won “Outstanding Contribution to the Bar Industry” at London’s prestigious “Theme Awards”.
