Location and History
Soho House, a well-known private members’ club, is at the heart of Soho on Old Compton Street, no more than a 5-minute walk from Leicester Square tube station. Directly beside is Soho House 21, offering 3 floors of private hire space. Just below is the House Basement, which opened in June 2008 and is also available for private hire.
Interior and Spaces for Hire
The House Basement at 17 Old Compton Street is an intimate new space with an exclusive feel which is available for private hire to members and non-members. It features large and comfy sofas, armchairs and secluded snugs. The Basement welcomes up to 50 seated guests or 80 for drinks parties and serves traditional French food.
Bar 19/21, found on the 2nd floor of Soho House is a large, flexible space with wooden flooring, recessed lighting and red lamps. This space will accommodate up to 100 people. With its funky wallpaper and olive sofas it’s a very party-friendly space. With full waiter service, bar and 2 46” flat screens, Bar 19/21 is perfect for informal meetings and away day get-togethers.
Dining Room 19/21 is a charming space with solid oak floors, leather panelling and 2 40” LCD screens discreetly embedded in the panelling. It accommodates up to 40 people seated or 50 standing. The wooden tables can be re-arranged to cater for the needs of your function.
