The menu features traditional and rustic ingredients, with a progressive approach to gourmet pizza and a commitment to sourcing seasonal and local produce.
Interior and Spaces for Hire
The interior design pays respect to the building’s industrial roots, with concrete walls and exposed beams, pipes and pillars. Fresh contemporary touches, such as leather seating and steel refectory tables, complete the look. The restaurant holds up to 170 guests, and is open daily.
Food
All pizzas are served on a ten-inch base made from an exclusive house recipe, and topped with a tomato sauce also specially prepared in-house. The pizza selection ranges from the basic Margherita to the more elaborate San Daniele ham, buffalo ricotta, hazelnut pesto, baby chard or Prawns, clams, mussels, tomato, garlic, oregano, chilli and marjoram.
The menu features a great selection of antipasti, including lamb meatballs with Parmesan and tomato sauce, baked dishes such as Middle white pork belly, borlotti beans, cavalo nero, salsa verde and home baked desserts including salted chocolate caramel tart.
To-Go
There is also to-go pizza takeaway and deli counter service where ingredients, accompaniments and accessories used in the restaurant are available for purchase. Store cupboard items, including sauces, oils and salad dressings, are available alongside merchandise such as napkins, jute bags and teapots.
