Funky Features: Housing the private Williams F1 Grand Prix Collection spanning the team’s history from 1977 to the present. In addition the Conference Centre boasts a full programme of racing activities, including F1 Simulator, Giant Scalextric Challenge, F1 quizzes and the Pit Stop Challenge.

Location & History

Neighbouring the Williams F1 design facilities, the former Le Mans factory underwent refurbishment in 2002 and has since hosted diverse events. Off the beaten path in Oxfordshire, the Conference Centre is supported by 5 star catering and an outstanding reputation for high levels of professional service in a fresh environment.

Interior

Coal blue walls and perforated aluminum fixtures combine with dynamic lighting and smart leather chairs to provide an energetic but warm setting. The flexibility of the multi purpose rooms lends a sense of purpose to events and meetings, and the race theme invigorates the Conference Centre with a feeling of winning teamwork and accomplishment. The Grand Prix Collection consists of a captivating array of cars objectifying the history of Williams F1 racing. In the impressive Trophy Room, you can enjoy the F1 Simulator, one of several activities that will leave you feeling like a champion.

Spaces for Hire

Purpose-built for flexibility, the 10 event rooms offer a variety of hiring options. The high-ceilinged Aryton Senna theatre holds 200 when coupled with the Piers Courage and Alan Jones Rooms. Double-door access allows for the introduction of temporary structures and heavy equipment into the ground floor space.

Upstairs, rooms feature floor-to-ceiling windows overlooking the green, creating a focused but light atmosphere. The Estoril, Jerez and Barcelona rooms, each with a 40-50 person capacity, function as meeting rooms, theatre-style settings or dining and reception areas, alone or combined to make Circuit Gallery B. The Silverstone Room provides a high-profile boardroom experience for up to 20 with built in AV, and has optional dining space. Smaller boardroom or informal meeting space is available.
