Venue Review
Character: A characteristic and rustic venue offering a unique and theatrical experience.
Funky Features: Listed building, built-in stage, disabled access
Location and History
The venue is known as an Essex barn by design, it was originally used as a storage area for farm equipment and dates back to the 17th Century. Over the last 10 years it has been slowly transformed into an enchantingly atmospheric entertainment venue. It also acts as a mini theatre, complete with stage, full lighting and sound.
Sutton Hall Farm is just outside Rochford, a town near Southend-on-Sea in Essex. The farm entrance is at the beginning of a tree-lined drive leading to the Red Brick Barn. There is plenty of free parking outside the Barn and easy disabled access.
Interior and Spaces for Hire
Redbrick Barn is an ideal blank canvas space which can be hired as a whole and is ideal for parties, dancing, award ceremonies, media events, presentations and wedding receptions.
